Rates

Weekends and holidays:
$110 per night for double occupancy; $100 per night for single occupancy
Two night minimum on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights)

Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday nights):
$90 per night for double occupancy
$80 per night for single occupancy

$15 per night for a third person (any night)

By the week:
$400 for single occupancy
$450 for double occupancy
$500 for three people

Taxes are additional.

Optional breakfast basket for two people is an additional $15.

Policies

Deposit of 50% is required with the balance on arrival.

In case of cancellation, deposit will be refunded if you notify us within 14 days prior to arrival or if the unit is re-rented.
